Deine Aufgaben
Du übernimmst das Projektcontrolling für Entwicklungsprojekte sowie für Anlagen und Werkzeuge auf Gesamtfahrzeugebene
Du erstellst Projektbudgets, Forecasts und Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab
Du stellst die periodengerechte Aktivierung abgeschlossener Investitionsprojekte sicher und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Anlagenbuchhaltung
Du verantwortest die Anlage, Anpassung und Qualitätssicherung der Projektstrukturen und bringst deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Projektcontrollings ein
Du analysierst Projektkennzahlen und sorgst für eine transparente und adressatengerechte Berichterstattung an das Management (CTO, COO)
Du unterstützt die Liquiditätsplanung sowie die Risiko- und Chancenbewertung von Projekten
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Divisionscontrolling zusammen und unterstützt die Budgetüberwachung staatlich geförderter Projekte
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finance, idealerweise im Projektcontrolling
Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
Kommunikationsstarke und souveräne Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Controlling-Tools und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Power BI
Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude daran, als interner Sparringspartner, Dienstleister und Impulsgeber zu agieren
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
Your tasks
You take responsibility for project controlling of development projects as well as for facilities and tools at the full-vehicle level
You create project budgets, forecasts, and actual vs. planned comparisons, and derive actionable recommendations
You ensure timely capitalization of completed investment projects and act as the central interface to asset accounting
You are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining project structures and actively contribute your ideas to further develop project controlling
You analyze project metrics and ensure transparent and target-oriented reporting to management (CTO, COO)
You support liquidity planning as well as risk and opportunity assessments of projects
You work closely with divisional controlling and support the monitoring of budgets for government-funded projects
Your profile
Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Industrial Engineering
Several years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in project controlling
Strong analytical skills, structured working style, high initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking
Strong communicator with the ability to present complex matters clearly
Experience with controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) as well as very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Power BI
Team player mentality and enjoyment in acting as an internal sparring partner, service provider, and source of initiatives

The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
