We are looking for an experienced purchasing professional who thrives in an agile product development cycle and integrates market know-how in software development, cloud services, vehicle design, and more into our business. You will help HOLON build a reliable and resilient partner ecosystem to shape our future products.
Your tasks:- Develop and own the supply portfolio strategy for software development, cloud services, and vehicle design services, including scouting, selecting, and onboarding suppliers based on market analyses and benchmarks
- Build and maintain reliable, innovation-driven supplier relationships to support vehicle and E/E architecture development cycles
- Build strong, reliable and innovation-driven supplier relationships to support our vehicle and E/E architecture development cycles
- Manage all procurement activities across the product development lifecycle, focusing on supplier contributions to key milestones
- Evaluate new suppliers from commercial, technical, and quality perspectives together with R&D and Quality teams
- Lead contract and licensing negotiations, covering IP rights, SLAs, subscription models, cybersecurity, and data requirements
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure timely delivery and performance throughout all project phases
- Provide market insights, communicate sourcing strategies internally, identify cost-optimization potential, and coordinate supplier escalations
