Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugentwicklung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Lenkungs- und Bremssysteme
Führungserfahrung und Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte und Teams erfolgreich zu steuern
Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung und E/E-Architekturen sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareteams
Kenntnisse in Typgenehmigungsprozessen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Expertise in autonomen Systemen, einschließlich Functional Safety, Cybersecurity und relevanten Normen (z. B. AFGBV)

Lead and further develop a highly qualified team, fostering collaboration and clear goal orientation
Coordinate suppliers and internal interfaces, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of objectives
Manage development, costs, and timelines for all system components (mechanics, electronics, software) while ensuring compliance with overall vehicle milestones
Collaborate with E/E, vehicle integration, and performance teams to define and implement technical and functional requirements
Coordinate planning and execution of tests and validation processes to guarantee the highest standards in functionality, performance, and safety

Your profile
Several years of experience in vehicle development, ideally with a focus on steering and braking systems
Leadership experience and the ability to successfully manage complex projects and teams
Understanding of software development and E/E architectures, as well as experience collaborating with software teams
Knowledge of type approval processes and regulatory requirements
Expertise in autonomous systems, including Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and relevant standards (e.g., AFGBV)

The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
