Deine Aufgaben

Als Component Owner übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Serienoptimierung von Anbindungsbauteilen, Brackets und Sub-Assemblies, die an der Bodystruktur befestigt sind. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, um Konzepte, Konstruktionen und Fertigungsunterlagen zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du entwickelst und optimierst Anbindungsbauteile, Brackets und Sub-Assemblies für die an der Bodystruktur befestigten Systeme
Du erstellst (Package-)Konzepte und Machbarkeitsstudien in CATIA V5
Du erstellst technische Zeichnungen einschließlich Toleranzen für den Bereich Body Structure
Du integrierst Komponenten und Baugruppen in die CAD-Umgebung
Du erstellst 3D- und 2D-Daten mit CATIA V5, pflegst sie im PLM-System und leitest daraus Stücklisten ab
Du stimmst Dich mit Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern ab und steuerst deren Arbeitspakete
Du dokumentierst, pflegst und gibst Bauteile und Zeichnungen im PLM-System Windchill frei
Du stimmst die Konstruktionsarbeit intern sowie mit externen Partnern ab und koordinierst sie
Du präsentierst Arbeitsergebnisse und sprichst Handlungsempfehlungen in Abstimmung mit den Baugruppen-Teams aus

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion in der Automobil- oder Nutzfahrzeugindustrie oder in einem verwandten Industriezweig
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 (DMU, Part Design, Shape Design, Kinematics, Drafting)
Erfahrung mit Windchill und JIRA von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstärke, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und konzeptionelles Denken
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.

Your tasks

As a Component Owner, you are responsible for the development and series optimization of connection parts, brackets, and sub-assemblies mounted to the body structure. You collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to design concepts and develop detailed engineering documentation.

Your tasks:

Develop and optimize connection parts, brackets, and sub-assemblies for systems mounted to the body structure
Create packaging concepts and feasibility studies using CATIA V5
Prepare detailed technical drawings including tolerance specifications for the body structure domain
Integrate components and assemblies into the CAD environment
Generate 3D and 2D models using CATIA V5, maintain them in the PLM system, and derive corresponding bill of material
Coordinate with suppliers and external engineering service providers, managing their deliverables and progress
Document, maintain, and release components and drawings within the Windchill PLM system
Align and coordinate design activities internally and with external partners
Present results and provide recommendations in collaboration with the sub-assembly engineering teams

Your profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Professional experience in design engineering within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry, or a related field
Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 (DMU, Part Design, Shape Design, Kinematics, Drafting)
Experience with Windchill and JIRA is a plus
Excellent communication skills, independent working style, and conceptual thinking ability
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
