Du arbeitest eng mit den Bauteilverantwortlichen, den Domains und dem Einkauf zusammen
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Pflege der Arbeitsunterlagen
Dein Profil
Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Ersatzteilmanagement, im Prototypenbau oder in der Materialdisposition mit – idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis
Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick
Du bringst Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent mit
Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
Your tasks
You build a spare parts management system for the HOLON development workshop and take responsibility for its rollout
You manage the entire spare parts process – from demand planning to on-time delivery
You procure non-series materials considering costs, deadlines, and quality
You coordinate requirements and schedules closely with the prototype team
You ensure that spare and non-series materials are delivered on time through independent and logical action
You coordinate special requirements and provide external single-part needs, especially for the development workshop and surrounding test facility
You work closely with part owners, domains, and purchasing
You take responsibility for maintaining work documentation
Your profile
You have completed a technical education or degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
You have several years of professional experience in spare parts management, prototype construction, or material planning – ideally in the automotive environment
You possess good technical understanding
You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously
You have strong communication skills, initiative, and organizational talent
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.
The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
