Über die Rolle
Als Product Operations Specialist unterstützt du das Produktmanagement dabei, Prozesse, Tools und Reporting-Strukturen aufzubauen und zu betreiben. Du sorgst dafür, dass Produktteams effizient arbeiten können, Daten und Erkenntnisse verfügbar sind und wichtige Meetings und Prozesse reibungslos laufen. Dein Beitrag schafft Transparenz und ermöglicht es den Produktmanagern, sich stärker auf strategische und inhaltliche Arbeit zu konzentrieren.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Pflege standardisierter Workflows für Zielverfolgung, Reporting und Roadmaps
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Produkt-Dashboards, OKRs, KPIs und Fortschrittsberichten
Sammlung, Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Produktkennzahlen und Teamergebnissen
Bereitstellung regelmäßiger Reports für Produktmanager und Stakeholder
Planung, Vorbereitung und Moderationssupport für Produkt-Meetings (z. B. Strategie-Reviews, Release-Planungen, Retros)
Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Produktentscheidungen, Prozessen und Lessons Learned
Ansprechpartner:in für Tools, Daten und produktübergreifende Prozesse
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Methoden, Tools oder Frameworks

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Wirtschaft, Technik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement oder in einer operativen Support-Rolle sind wünschenswert
Grundkenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs)

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.

Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.

Your tasks

About the role
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support Product Management in building and operating processes, tools, and reporting structures. You ensure that product teams can work efficiently, that data and insights are accessible, and that key meetings and processes run smoothly. Your contribution creates transparency and enables product managers to focus more on strategic and content-related work.

Your tasks

Support the development and maintenance of standardized workflows for goal tracking, reporting, and roadmaps
Maintain and update product dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, and progress reports
Collect, prepare, and visualize product metrics and team results
Provide regular reports for product managers and stakeholders
Plan, prepare, and provide moderation support for product meetings (e.g., strategy reviews, release planning, retrospectives)
Support the documentation of product decisions, processes, and lessons learned
Act as a point of contact for tools, data, and cross-product processes
Assist in the introduction of new methods, tools, or frameworks

Your profile

Completed degree or training in business, engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in product management, project management, or an operational support role is desirable
Basic knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs)
