Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der M-BOM als zentrale Datenquelle für die Fertigung
Sicherstellung der durchgängigen Integration in PLM-, ERP- und MES-Systeme (z. B. Windchill)
Abstimmung mit Engineering, IT und Produktion zur Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenflüsse
Analyse und Planung von Fertigungsprozessen mithilfe von MTM, Taktiq und weiteren Zeitwirtschaftsmethoden
Definition von Taktzeiten sowie ergonomisch und wirtschaftlich optimierten Arbeitsschritten
Unterstützung bei der digitalen Abbildung der Prozesse als Basis für Smart Manufacturing
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
Aktive Mitgestaltung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Fertigungsstrategie
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Produktion, Industrial Engineering, Maschinenbau oder IT-naher Disziplin
Erfahrung im BOM-Management und in der Anwendung von PLM-Systemen (idealerweise Windchill)
Kenntnisse in MTM, Taktiq und Zeitwirtschaft sowie grundlegendes Verständnis ergonomischer Anforderungen
Vertraut mit IT-Systemen der Fertigung (ERP, MES, PLM) und digitalen Prozessmodellen
Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
Your tasks
Build, maintain, and further develop the Manufacturing BOM (M-BOM) as a central data source for production
Ensure seamless integration into PLM, ERP, and MES systems (e.g., Windchill)
Coordinate with Engineering, IT, and Production to ensure consistent data flows
Analyze and plan manufacturing processes using MTM, Taktiq, and other time management methods
Define cycle times and optimize work steps for ergonomics and efficiency
Support the digital mapping of processes as a foundation for smart manufacturing
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the entire product lifecycle
Actively contribute to the evolution of our digital manufacturing strategy
Your profile
Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification in Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related IT-oriented field
Experience in BOM management and working with PLM systems (ideally Windchill)
Knowledge of MTM, Taktiq, and time management methods, as well as a basic understanding of ergonomic requirements
Familiarity with manufacturing IT systems (ERP, MES, PLM) and digital process models
Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
