Deine Aufgaben:

Du baust das Projektcontrolling für die Industrialisierung auf, entwickelst es weiter und gestaltest es strategisch – insbesondere im Bereich Anlagen, Werkzeuge und Anlaufkosten für unser Werk in Jacksonville (USA)
Du steuerst kaufmännisch und begleitest finanziell den Aufbau und die Inbetriebnahme neuer Produktionsstandorte – als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektmanagement, Produktion und Finanzen
Du arbeitest eng mit dem COO sowie den Teamleitern zusammen und berätst sie als vertrauensvoller Business Partner, um termingerechten und budgetkonformen Projektfortschritt sicherzustellen
Du verantwortest die Anlage, Pflege und Qualitätssicherung aller betriebswirtschaftlichen Projektdaten und -strukturen und optimierst sowie standardisierst kontinuierlich Controlling-Tools und Reportingprozesse
Du erstellst fundierte Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, Business Cases und Forecasts und überwachst die Einhaltung von Kosten-, Investitions- und Produktivitätszielen
Du unterstützt bei der Herstellkostenkalkulation sowie bei der Budgetplanung und -überwachung in enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Produktion und Technik
Du erstellst Berichte, Forecasts und Liquiditätsplanungen zur Vorbereitung der Berichterstattung an interne und externe Steuerungsgremien
Du bist verantwortlich für die Begleitung und das Controlling von Förder- und Investitionsprojekte und überwachst deren Wirtschaftlichkeitsziele
Du wirkst bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Controllingprozessen mit, um Datenqualität und Entscheidungsbasis zu steigern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Controlling/Finance
Erfahrung im Projekt- und Werkscontrolling, vorzugsweise im Produktionsumfeld oder Industrialisierungsprojekten; Erfahrungen im Bereich der Vorkalkulation wünschenswert
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Controlling-Tools und ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) sowie sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Power BI)
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und unternehmerischem Denken
Kommunikationsstarke, souveräne Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und verständlich zu vermitteln
Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude daran, als interner Dienstleister und Impulsgeber zu agieren
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.

Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.

Your tasks

Do you want to shape the industrialization of a highly innovative production plant from the very beginning and leverage your controlling expertise to make real impact? Then this role is for you!

Your responsibilities:

You build, develop, and strategically shape project controlling for industrialization, particularly in the areas of equipment, tooling, and launch costs for our plant in Jacksonville (USA)
You manage and oversee financial steering of the setup and commissioning of new production sites – acting as the central interface between project management, production, and finance
You collaborate closely with and advise the COO and team leaders as a trusted business partner to ensure timely and budget-compliant project progress
You take responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of all business project data and structures, while continuously optimizing and standardizing controlling tools and reporting processes
You prepare profitability analyses, business cases, and forecasts, and you monitor adherence to cost, investment, and productivity targets
You support product cost calculation as well as budget planning and monitoring in close cooperation with procurement, production, and engineering
You prepare reports, forecasts, and liquidity plans to support reporting to internal and external steering committees
You support and control funding and investment projects, including monitoring profitability targets
You contribute to the digitalization and automation of controlling processes to enhance data quality and decision-making

Your profile

Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, or industrial engineering, combined with several years of professional experience in controlling/finance
Experience in project and plant controlling, preferably in a production environment or industrialization projects; experience in preliminary costing is a plus
Experience with controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) as well as solid MS Office skills (particularly Excel and Power BI)
Strong analytical skills and structured working style, combined with a high level of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
Confident communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex issues
Strong team player mindset and enthusiasm for acting as an internal service provider and driver of ideas
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
