Du begleitest die Homologations- und Engineering-Teams bei der rechtskonformen Ausgestaltung von Fahrzeugeigenschaften
Du prüfst technische Dokumentationen und Zertifizierungen auf ihre rechtliche Korrektheit sowie Konformität und trägst aktiv zur Produktsicherheit bei
Du hältst Gesetzesinitiativen und regulatorischen Entwicklungen zum automatisierten Fahren im Blick (z. B. StVG §1d ff., EU-ADS-Verordnung, UNECE-Regelungen, Produktsicherheitsrichtlinien)
Du kommunizierst mit relevanten Zulassungsbehörden und Fachgremien bei regulatorischen Fragestellungen

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
Your tasks
Take on central legal responsibility in the development and approval of our fully autonomous L4 vehicle, with a focus on product safety, compliance, and liability regarding automated driving functions
Collaborate closely with Homologation Engineering, Autonomous Driving, Regulatory Affairs, IT Security, and Vehicle Development to ensure regulatory compliance in Germany and the EU
Support homologation and engineering teams in ensuring legal conformity of vehicle features
Review technical documentation and certifications for legal accuracy and contribute actively to product safety
Monitor legislative initiatives and regulatory developments related to automated driving (e.g., StVG §1d ff., EU ADS Regulation, UNECE regulations, product safety directives)
Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and expert committees on compliance-related matters
Your profile
Fully qualified German lawyer (Zweites Staatsexamen)
Profound knowledge of product safety law and regulatory requirements, ideally with experience in the automotive sector
Experience working with technical departments and the ability to understand technical and engineering contexts
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.
The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
