Your tasks
The respective scope of responsibility is as follows:
- Mapping and improving HOLON’s company processes & systems in the fields of hardware & software development, sourcing, supplier readiness & industrialization, supplier capacity & risk management, ordering, purchasing performance management etc.
- Developing a lean and optimized process & systems landscape for the purchasing division which is seamlessly integrated with other internal stakeholder’s processes (R&D, Quality, Production, Logistics, Finance etc.)
- Creating (AI-based) systems solutions which relieve strategic buyers from low-value-adding tasks (e.g. manual order processing or purchasing data analysis)
- Ensuring that compliance with legal, regulatory, sustainability and company policy requirements is intuitively integrated into purchasing processes & systems
- Researching latest trends & developments around automotive purchasing methods & processes to derive a continuous training agenda for the purchasing team
