Then our open position as (Senior) Purchasing Project Manager might be the perfect next step in your personal development journey! We are looking for an experienced project management or consulting professional who is motivated to leverage its skills at the crossroads of automotive and high-tech procurement settings. The HOLON Purchasing Team strives to establish a reliable and resilient partnership ecosystem to complement our company's R&D activities with the best possible solutions on the market in the fields of hardware, software, and development services. For that matter, we are looking for a strategic-minded new colleague to plan, steer, track, and report on our division’s activities. The resulting holistic picture on the procurement strategy and operations shall be contributed to HOLON’s product and business initiatives on a cross-functional platform consisting of R&D, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Quality & Production teams.

The respective scope of responsibility is as follows:

Collecting and structuring strategic & operational requirements from HOLON-internal stakeholders (e.g. Management Board, R&D, Finance, Product Management,) towards the purchasing division
Prioritizing, planning, and follow-up of the purchasing division’s contribution to HOLON’s product and business-model development process (e.g. prototype & series sourcing planning, software & hardware industrialization steering, material cost & supplier investment evaluations)
Representing the purchasing division in cross-functional product committees and acting as single-point-of-contact for company internal project stakeholders
Creating effective management and reporting of project relevant purchasing data such as e.g., supplier timelines or cost information (material, R&D, investments) covering the entire responsibility scope of the purchasing division

Your profile

Completed (Master-) studies in one of the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or comparable.
Several years of professional experience in consulting or project management, preferably in the automotive and/or high-tech electronics industry
Strong analytical acumen to effectively consolidate various levels of information (strategical vs. tactical vs. operational) and to derive solution-oriented conclusions from them.
Proven ability to abstract complex settings (such as tech-heavy automotive development & purchasing processes) and to effectively present them to various stakeholders on different management levels.
Confidence in coordinating our purchasing teams’ activities with the needs of a complex automotive development & industrialization project
Strong intercultural skills and availability for international and national business trips
Fluency in English language, further language skills are a plus

The HOLON urban is a fully electric and autonomous vehicle for use on public roads. It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.

The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.

Deine Aufgaben

Das HOLON Purchasing Team arbeitet daran, ein zuverlässiges und widerstandsfähiges Partnerökosystem aufzubauen, das unsere F&E-Aktivitäten mit den bestmöglichen Lösungen aus den Bereichen Hardware, Software und Entwicklungsdienstleistungen ergänzt.
Dafür suchen wir eine strategisch denkende neue Kollegin oder einen neuen Kollegen, die bzw. der die Aktivitäten unserer Abteilung plant, steuert, verfolgt und berichtet. Das daraus entstehende ganzheitliche Bild der Beschaffungsstrategie und -prozesse fließt in unsere Produkt- und Geschäftsinitiativen ein – auf einer bereichsübergreifenden Plattform mit den Teams aus F&E, Finanzen, Vertrieb & Marketing, Qualität und Produktion.

Erfassen und Strukturieren strategischer und operativer Anforderungen interner Stakeholder (z. B. Management, F&E, Finanzen, Produktmanagement) an den Einkauf
Priorisierung, Planung und Nachverfolgung der Einkaufsbeiträge im Rahmen der Produkt- und Geschäftsmodellentwicklung von HOLON (z. B. Sourcing-Planung für Prototypen und Serien, Steuerung der Industrialisierung von Soft- und Hardware, Bewertung von Materialkosten und Lieferanteninvestitionen)
Vertretung des Einkaufs in bereichsübergreifenden Produktgremien sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für Projektbeteiligte im Unternehmen
Erstellung eines effektiven Projektmanagements und Reportings für einkaufsrelevante Daten (z. B. Lieferantenzeitpläne oder Kosteninformationen zu Material, F&E und Investitionen) über den gesamten Verantwortungsbereich hinweg

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes (Master-)Studium in BWL, VWL, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Beratung – idealerweise in der Automobil- und/oder Hightech-Elektronikbranche
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, um Informationen auf strategischer, taktischer und operativer Ebene zusammenzuführen und daraus lösungsorientierte Schlüsse zu ziehen
Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge – wie z. B. Entwicklungs- und Einkaufsprozesse in der Automobilbranche – zu abstrahieren und verständlich auf verschiedenen Managementebenen zu präsentieren
Sicherheit in der Koordination von Einkaufsaktivitäten im Kontext eines komplexen Automotive-Entwicklungs- und Industrialisierungsprojekts
Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie die Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsreisen
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse – weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plu
