Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der deutschen und schweizerischen HOLON-Gesellschaften nach lokalem Recht und IFRS
Unterstützung des Konzernrechnungswesens in der Erstellung des HOLON-Konzernabschlusses
Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater sowie Behörden
Führung des Hauptbuchs, u.a. Sachkontenpflege, Rückstellungen, Bestandsbewertungen
Steuerung und Überwachung der vom konzerninternen Shared Service Center in Tschechien geführten Nebenbuchhaltung
Perspektivisch fachliche Führung der Rechnungswesenleitung an ausländischen HOLON-Standorten (u.a. USA)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzfunktionen des BENTELER-Konzerns und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung globaler Konzernstandards und -prozesse im HOLON-Konzern
Zentraler fachlicher Ansprechpartner für andere Abteilungen in allen buchhalterischen und bilanziellen Fragestellungen
Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, Zusammenfassender Meldung, sowie Meldungen an statistische Behörden
Bearbeitung von Ad hoc Anfragen für HOLON Shareholder
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB und IFRS
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Monats- und Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten im Konzernumfeld, alternativ in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse in FI
Sehr gute MS Office -Kenntnisse

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
Your tasks
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the German and Swiss HOLON subsidiaries according to local regulations and IFRS
Support the group accounting team in the preparation of the HOLON group financial statements
Main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
Management of the general ledger, including account maintenance, provisions, and inventory valuations
Supervision and monitoring of the sub-ledger accounting managed by the in-house shared service center in the Czech Republic
Potential future leadership of the accounting teams at international HOLON locations (e.g., USA)
Close collaboration with the financial functions of the BENTELER Group and ensuring the implementation of global group standards and processes within the HOLON Group
Key accounting and financial point of contact for other departments for all accounting and financial matters
Preparation of VAT returns, intrastat declarations, and reports to statistical authorities
Handling of ad-hoc requests for HOLON shareholders
Your profile
A degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with certification as a Chartered Accountant
Extensive expertise in accounting principles under HGB and IFRS
A minimum of 5 years of experience in monthly and annual financial reporting within a corporate group environment, or alternatively in an auditing firm
Proficiency in SAP FI module
Advanced skills in MS Office
Strong analytical mindset paired with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication- and teamwork skills
Enthusiastic about contributing to the dynamic environment of a start-up
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken

The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.
The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
