Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
Your tasks
You are responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements of our German and Swiss entities in accordance with HGB, local regulations, and IFRS.
You support Group Accounting in preparing the HOLON consolidated financial statements.
You act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities.
You manage the general ledger, including account maintenance, provisions, and inventory valuations.
You oversee and coordinate the accounts payable and receivable, which are handled by our Shared Service Center in the Czech Republic.
You will lead the international accounting teams from our headquarters in Paderborn, e.g. at our locations in the USA.
You collaborate closely with the finance departments of the BENTELER Group, ensuring the implementation of global corporate standards and processes.
You serve as the central expert contact for other departments regarding all accounting and financial reporting matters.
You handle VAT returns, EU sales reports, and submissions to statistical authorities.
You respond to ad hoc inquiries from HOLON shareholders
Your profile
Completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant
Solid expertise in German GAAP (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Several years of experience in accounting, ideally within a corporate group environment or in auditing
Confident handling of SAP-FI and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.
The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
