We are looking for an experienced purchasing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of international automotive and high-tech-applications in the field of electronics hardware and software. The HOLON Purchasing Team strives to establish a reliable and resilient partnership ecosystem in the field of autonomous driving, infotainment & connectivity as well as vehicle control systems to complement our company's R&D activities with the best possible solutions on the market.

The respective scope of responsibility is as follows:

Creating and owning the supply portfolio strategy in in the field of autonomous driving, automotive infotainment/connectivity and vehicle control systems
Scouting, selection and implementation of suitable supplier partners based on market analyses and competition benchmarks
Establishing sustainable and performant supplier relationships fostering reliability and innovation of our product's electronics and software architecture
Managing all procurement related activities in the product development cycle with focus of supplier's contribution to relevant project milestones
Assessing (commercial, technical & quality) new supplier partners in collaboration with the R&D and Quality teams
Conducting supplier visits and audits to ensure continuous performance by our partners
Evaluating supplier offers regarding price, quality, delivery time and risk
Ensuring timely availability of materials and supplier deliverables throughout all project phases
Communication of market trends and purchasing strategies towards various internal stakeholders
Identifying and implementing cost optimization potentials (Value Engineering)
Coordinating supplier specific escalations with affected internal stakeholders

Your profile

We are looking specifically for the following profile:

Completed (Master-) studies in one of the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable
Several years of professional experience in strategic and/or project purchasing functions preferably in the automotive and/or high tech electronics industry
Comprehensive technical understanding of complex electronic systems featuring embedded software functions and the respective development processes
Significant negotiation experience in complex and mile-stone-driven procurement settings in international contexts
Strong intercultural skills and availability for international and national business trips
Fluency in English language, further language skills are a plus

The HOLON urban is a fully electric and autonomous vehicle for use on public roads. It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.

The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Einkaufsexperten, der es liebt, an der Schnittstelle zwischen internationaler Automobilindustrie und High-Tech-Anwendungen im Bereich Elektronik-Hardware und -Software zu arbeiten. Das HOLON Einkaufsteam strebt danach, ein zuverlässiges und resilientes Partnerschafts-Ökosystem im Bereich autonomes Fahren, Infotainment & Konnektivität sowie Fahrzeugsteuerungssysteme aufzubauen, um die F&E-Aktivitäten unseres Unternehmens mit den besten verfügbaren Lösungen auf dem Markt zu ergänzen.

Der jeweilige Verantwortungsbereich umfasst folgendes:

Erstellung und Verantwortung der Lieferantenportfoliostrategie im Bereich autonomes Fahren, Automotive Infotainment/Konnektivität und Fahrzeugsteuerungssysteme
Scouting, Auswahl und Implementierung geeigneter Lieferantenpartner auf Basis von Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbenchmarks
Aufbau nachhaltiger und leistungsfähiger Lieferantenbeziehungen zur Förderung der Zuverlässigkeit und Innovation unserer Elektronik- und Softwarearchitektur
Management aller einkaufsrelevanten Aktivitäten im Produktentwicklungszyklus mit Fokus auf die Beitrag der Lieferanten zu relevanten Projektmeilensteinen
Bewertung (kommerziell, technisch & qualitativ) neuer Lieferantenpartner in Zusammenarbeit mit den R&D- und Qualitätsteams
Durchführung von Lieferantenbesuchen und Audits, um die kontinuierliche Leistung unserer Partner sicherzustellen
Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten hinsichtlich Preis, Qualität, Lieferzeit und Risiko
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Verfügbarkeit von Materialien und Lieferantenlieferungen in allen Projektphasen
Kommunikation von Markttrends und Einkaufsstrategien gegenüber verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern
Identifikation und Implementierung von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen (Value Engineering)
Koordination lieferantenspezifischer Eskalationen mit betroffenen internen Stakeholdern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes (Master-) Studium in einem der Bereiche Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in strategischen und/oder projektbezogenen Einkaufsfunktionen, bevorzugt in der Automobil- und/oder Hochtechnologie-Elektronikbranche
Umfassendes technisches Verständnis komplexer elektronischer Systeme mit eingebetteten Softwarefunktionen und der entsprechenden Entwicklungsprozesse
Signifikante Verhandlungserfahrung in komplexen und meilensteinbasierten Einkaufssettings in internationalen Kontexten
Starke interkulturelle Kompetenz und Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsreisen
Fließende Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
