Sicherstellung einer stabilen Kommunikation (Busauslastung, Kabellängen, passende Bandbreite)
Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Ingenieuren für die Stromversorgung zur Gewährleistung eines effizienten Energieversorgungssystems
Designoptimierung der physikalischen Architektur basierend auf den Ergebnissen der Überprüfung
Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kabelbaum-Team
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams wie Systems Engineering, Safety und Cybersecurity
Eigenständige Steuerung und Unterstützung von Entwicklungsdienstleistern in Bezug auf E/E-Architekturthemen
Optimierung der physikalischen Architektur zur Erreichung eines ausgewogenen Verhältnisses zwischen Kosten, Leistung und Skalierbarkeit unter Wahrung der Systemintegrität und -zuverlässigkeit
Sicherstellung, dass alle physikalischen Architekturdesigns den relevanten Industriestandards und Best-Practice-Empfehlungen entsprechen
Unterstützung des Integrationsteams bei der Problemlösung im Falle von Herausforderungen mit der physikalischen Architektur
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (z. B. Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik oder ein verwandtes Fachgebiet)
Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich E/E-physikalische Fahrzeugarchitekturen
Kenntnisse in automobilen Kommunikationsprotokollen (z. B. CAN, CAN FD, SomeIP)
Vertrautheit mit Standards für Kommunikationsdesign
Erfahrung mit dem Tool Vector PREEvision ist von Vorteil
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, mehrere Stakeholder zu koordinieren und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten
Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Your tasks
Review existing physical architectures of our L4 HOLON People Mover with focus on
Optimizing communication architecture (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, LIN, hardwired)
Ensuring stable communication (Busload, cable length, right bandwidth)
Coordinating with the engineers responsible for the power supply to ensure an efficient power supply system
Optimize the design of the physical architecture based on the review results
Ensure a smooth collaboration to the Wiring Harness team
Collaborate on Multidisciplinary teams like Systems Engineering, Safety, and Cybersecurity
Independently control and support development service partners in regard to E/E architecture topics
Optimize physical architecture to achieve balance between cost, performance, and scalability while maintaining system integrity and reliability
Ensure all physical architectures designs meet relevant industry standards and best practice recommendations
Support the Integration team in solving problems related to the physical architecture
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, or related field)
5+ years of experience in E/E physical vehicle architectures
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, CAN FD, SomeIP)
Familiarity with communication design standards
Experience in the tool Vector PREEvision is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to work autonomously
