Definition von Anforderungen, Spezifikationen und Schnittstellen für außenliegende Systeme und Komponenten wie Türen, Klappen, Klappenmechanismen, Dichtsysteme, Verglasung, Beleuchtung sowie Außenhautbauteile
Koordination von Design, Konstruktion und Simulation, insbesondere hinsichtlich Bauteil-/Systemauslegung, Toleranzmanagement, Akustik und Bauraumabsicherung
Planung und Überwachung der Verifizierung und Validierung der Exterior-Komponenten und -Systeme über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus hinweg (von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife)
Technische Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung von externen Lieferanten und Entwicklungspartnern, inklusive Lastenhefterstellung, Änderungsmanagement und technischem Freigabeprozess
Verantwortung für Budget, Kostenplanung und Termintreue in enger Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Industriedesign oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei einem OEM, Tier-1-Zulieferer oder Engineering-Dienstleister im Bereich Exterior & Closures (Außenhaut, Türen, Klappen, Verglasung, Beleuchtung etc.) idealerweise mit Produktverantwortung über mehrere Entwicklungszyklen
Gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Systemen (bevorzugt CATIA V5/V6) sowie im Umgang mit CAE-Tools für z.B. Struktursimulationen von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Erfahrung im interdisziplinären Projektmanagement sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Entwicklungsteams
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Your tasks
Establish and technically and disciplinary lead the Exterior & Closures team, with responsibility for technical excellence and the ongoing development of the department
Define requirements, specifications, and interfaces for exterior systems and components such as doors, tailgates, tailgate mechanisms, sealing systems, glazing, lighting, and outer body panels
Coordinate design, engineering, and simulation activities, particularly with regard to component/system design, tolerance management, acoustics, and packaging validation
Plan and monitor verification and validation processes for exterior components and systems throughout the entire development cycle (from concept phase to series production)
Technically manage and ensure the equality of external suppliers and development partners, including requirements specification, change management, and the technical release process
Take responsibility for budget, cost planning, and schedule adherence in close coordination with project management, purchasing
Your profile
Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial design, or a comparable field
Several years of relevant professional experience at an OEM, Tier-1 supplier, or engineering service provider in the area of Exterior & Closures (e.g., body panels, doors, tailgates, glazing, lighting), ideally with product responsibility across multiple development cycles
Proficiency in CAD systems (preferably CATIA V5/V6); experience with CAE tools (e.g., for structural simulations) is a plus
Strong leadership skills, experience in interdisciplinary project management, and collaboration with international development teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, combined with strong organizational abilities and communication competence
