Abstimmung mit unseren funktionsübergreifenden Teams hinsichtlich Zielwerte, Toleranzbereiche und weitere Akzeptanzkriterien
Nacherfassung von Erprobungen und Resultaten sowie, sofern nötig, Empfehlungen für geeignete Abhilfemaßnahmen
Management-Reportings für den bedarfsgerechten, aktuellen Erprobungsstatus
Dein Profil
Berufserfahrung in den kraftfahrzeugtechnisch geprägten Berufsfeldern CAE-Berechnung, Konstruktion oder Versuchswesen in Kombination mit einem akademischem-technischem Abschluss sowie auch als Meister / Techniker
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Aufbau und Funktionsweise von Kraftfahrzeugen
Kenntnisse im Versuchswesen (Planung, Umsetzung, Auswertung) von Vorteil; Handhabung statistischer Werkzeuge
Anwendungskenntnisse gängiger MS Software sowie spezifischer Software im Anforderungsmanagement (Preevision oder vergleichbar)
Kommunikationsstärke, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und konzeptionelles Denken
Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.
Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
Your tasks
Create overall vehicle test plan (Design Validation Plan)
Act as the link between overall vehicle requirements and the testing department
Derivate relevant information from overall vehicle specifications and development of a test plan for our autonomous HOLON Mover
Define appropriate test methods and tools in collaboration with the internal testing department
Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding target values, tolerance ranges, and other acceptance criteria
Document tests and results, including recommendations for corrective actions if necessary
Prepare management reports to reflect the current and needs-based validation status
Your profile
Professional experience in automotive-related fields such as CAE simulation, design, or testing, combined with an academic technical degree or qualifications as a master craftsman or technician
Excellent knowledge of the structure and functionality of motor vehicles
Experience in vehicle testing (planning, execution, evaluation) is a plus; familiarity with statistical analysis tools
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications as well as specialized requirements management software (e.g., Preevision or similar)
Strong communication skills, a proactive and independent working style, and conceptual thinking
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, at a business level
